Clearance Items – Final Sale

All clearance items are sold as final sale. This means they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear product defect or damage when you receive it.

If your clearance item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at support@lavishivy.com within 48 hours. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

For non-clearance items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.

To start the return, just contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

• Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will receive a refund. (Please note that the Lavish Ivy Warehouse undertakes strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return).
• Please take due care when trying on any products. (Items that are manually defected or do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer).
• Lavish Ivy is not responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
